● To avoid NO - SHOWS, there must be a card on file to book your appointment. Thank you so much for your understanding.

● Shower before your appointment if possible because you will not be able to get your lashes wet for 24 hours.
● Come with CLEAN lashes, dirty lashes will result in a $5 cleaning fee.
● Do not drink caffeine because it will cause your eyes to flutter.
● Do not wear make up.
● If you wear contacts, please remove them before you come in.
● No extra guests are allowed.
● Please cancel if you experience any flu like symptom.

● N0-Show Policy: If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the missed service cost to the credit card on file and you will not be able to book with us again after your second no show. No exceptions.
● Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, a notice of 24 hours minimum is required. Any requests to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
● Late Policy: If you are 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and will require a reschedule.
● Fill Policy: For a fill, you have to have at least 30% of your lashes on and you must come in within 28 days of your last appointment.
• Anything less than 30% or longer than 28 days will automatically be considered a full set.
● Refund Policy: Once the service is finished there are NO REFUNDS. If you are experiencing not normal lash loss please let me know within 3 days.
